Amy Nunn, PMHNP-BC, is a mental health nurse practitioner at Nunn Psychiatric Care in Hodgenville, Kentucky. Mrs. Nunn specializes in the care of patients 12 and older, providing exceptional evaluations and treatments for all psychiatric disorders.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Health Science from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky, Mrs. Nunn realized her passion was patient care. To achieve that goal, she received a Bachelor’s of Nursing from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.

She immediately applied and was accepted to Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she graduated with a master’s in Geriatric Care. Then in 2017, she received her Master’s of Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Mrs. Nunn has worked in the healthcare field since 2005 and has been a nurse practitioner, including experience as an adult-geriatric nurse practitioner, since 2013. She realized her dream in 2019 when she opened her own practice in her hometown of Hodgenville.

Tonya Sellinger, PMHNP-BC

Tonya Sellinger, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Nunn Psychiatric Care in Hodgenville, Kentucky. A firm believer in the transparency of care, Ms. Sellinger ensures each of her patients is involved, educated, and committed to their individualized treatment plan. Ms. Sellinger graduated from Galen College of Nursing in Lousiville, Kentucky, in 2010 with her associate’s in nursing. She then attended Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion and graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing in 2014. She remained at Indiana Wesleyan for her master’s in Advanced Practice. Throughout her education, Ms. Sellinger joined an interdisciplinary team working with the IDD (intellectually or developmentally disabled) population. She assisted in developing specialized care for these individuals with a person-centered approach. The skills and knowledge gained from this experience ignited her concern for each patient’s care, treatment, and education. She looks forward to serving the incredible people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky through her work at Nunn Psychiatric Care.

Colleen Bosley, PMHNP-BC, RN

Colleen Bosley, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Nunn Psychiatric Care in Hodgenville, Kentucky, serving the Elizabethtown, Bardstown, and Louisville communities. Colleen provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management to patients with impeccable care and compassion. Colleen attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University in Missouri and her master’s in nursing from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse on a medical-surgical and oncology unit and an inpatient behavioral health unit. While her primary role is as a psychiatric prescriber, Colleen also practices from a biopsychosocial approach, considering the complex interactions between physical health, mental health, and social circumstances that contribute to each client’s unique presentation. Brianna Smith, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kentucky. She provides professional mental health services, including diagnosis and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional difficulties.

Brianna has been a practicing clinician since 2016, following her graduation from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work with a Master of Science in Social Work. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, including community mental health, substance abuse treatment, justice-involved individuals, Family Preservation, individual and crisis counseling, and couples counseling.

Raised in Southern California and later moving to Kentucky she became actively involved in her community. Brianna has developed strong cultural sensitivities and a versatile approach to her practice. Working with clients across a wide age range (5-99), she utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions. A significant focus of her work has been helping individuals process and heal from trauma.
