As always, Amy takes her time and expresses genuine empathy towards her patients. She treats me with respect, is never afraid to admit when she doesn’t know something (and then go look it up), and most of all, she LISTENS. When you tell her something doesn’t feel right, Amy doesn’t nod her head and keep taking notes. She makes eye contact, and then makes a game plan to find a solution. 11/10 stars, best medical professional I’ve ever had a mental breakdown in front of.
